If you have a voucher, they are valid for 6 months. Please book your specific date within 3 months of purchase or you may find there are no dates left for you. ( We do make sure there are plenty of spaces available at the beginning of the season). The vouchers have a six month expiry date and all workshops must be attended before this date

Please make sure you bring suitable clothing and footwear to visit reserves, they may be muddy, and you require your own DSLR camera and suitable lenses for distance work.

Please note the courses do not include entry fees into reserves. This applies to Minsmere, Strumpshaw and Cley. ( Free if you are members of RSPB or NWT) or parking charges which include Whitlingham, Lackford and Titchwell ( free for members). Car essential but if you are really stuck give us a call we may be able to sort something.

If you are purchasing a voucher please call or email so that we can take details of your interests so that we can determine dates. We don't want to arrange mostly bird photography sessions if your wish to improve your dragonfly or butterfly photography!

Many different venues will be used across Norfolk, North Suffolk and the Borders.

In the new year we will email you with the dates available. If you have a specific time of year in mind ie you are visiting Norfolk on Holiday it is importrant that you let us know as early as possible.

If the weather in really inclement we try to reschedule. We require 3 people on each day to run it ( excepting the feeder days which require min 2 people and Titchwell 4). We will contact you the week before if this is a problem and we need to reschedule
